Carers Centre Tower Hamlets Bereavement Peer Support Group

For carers whose hearts are heavy, a room where stories can be laid down.

The Carers Centre in Tower Hamlets runs a monthly peer support group for carers experiencing bereavement. Recognising that caring for someone who passes away, sudden deaths, terminal diagnoses or supporting someone with dementia deeply affects wellbeing, the group offers a safe space to share and be heard. Meetings are facilitated by staff and include time for reflection and connection. To join, participants email the wellbeing team to book a place.
