Since 2006, this restaurant has served surprise menus in complete darkness, guided by blind or visually impaired hosts. You won't know what's on your plate until it meets your tongue, and conversation takes on a different tone when you can't see who you're talking to. It's funny, awkward and sometimes profound. By dessert you might be surprised at how much you've noticed without sight.
