Dying to Know: End of Life Planning Presentation
Honest talk about endings, choices and the practical love of planning ahead.
Financial educator Charmaine Simpson and Maxine Mitchell Edgar of Bronze Funerals host a free presentation at the Black Cultural Centre, inviting the community to learn about end-of-life and funeral planning. The session covers personal experiences of death, funeral arrangements, burial versus cremation, green funerals, celebrants, cost considerations and more. Attendees discuss wills, trusts and lasting power of attorney, as well as grief and aftercare. By demystifying the choices, the event encourages empowerment and readiness for a 'good death'.
