Romor Designs Natural Dye Workshop
Blue hands, green heart – the indigo remembers you.
Textile artist Rubia Romero opens her studio to those who want to turn plants into colour. In this natural dye workshop you'll learn to prepare fabrics, mordant fibres and coax colour from bark, flowers and indigo. There's a vat of living indigo you'll coax to life, making cotton samples and a sample book as you work. The focus is on process – measuring, waiting, watching white cloth bloom blue – and the hush that falls when a colour appears from the vat. You leave with stained fingers and a sense that the plants have whispered something back.

There's a version of the Lark who could tell you what to do before this, and where to go after. She plans evenings around feelings, not postcodes.
