Surrey Docks Farm

Goats nibble nettles while the Thames tide whispers by.

On the Thames Path in Rotherhithe, Surrey Docks Farm is a working city farm and charity that helps the whole community learn about farming, food and the natural environment. It's free to visit daily from 10am–4pm, and runs hands-on experience sessions where you can groom goats, walk a pony or even handle ferrets. Volunteers, garden plots and a herb garden make this more than a petting zoo – it's a place to dig, learn and find a quieter rhythm by the river.
