Vauxhall City Farm is an educational charity that offers all the sights and smells of rural life, from alpacas to compost heaps. Free entry (donations welcome) and opening hours Tuesday–Sunday make it easy to drop in, volunteer or join a horticultural or crafts workshop. Grab a tea from the Old Dairy café and let the alpacas remind you not to take yourself too seriously.
